Job Description :
Essential Function :
Growth and Financials :
- Defining and establishing policies
- Overseeing all quality and ISO compliance audits
Operational and Functional Excellence :
- Ensure adhere to SLA/ KPIs agreed
- Ensure compliance to documentations, policies and requirements of ISO
- Facilitate training to educate the employee to inculcate the culture
Leadership :
- Responsible for administering the QA management systems, training and coaching employees
- Formulating quality assurance policies, conducting audits and issuing corrective action plan reports.
Continuous Improvement :
- Ensure adherence to internal and external guidelines as well as to a standardized process landscape
- Establish and maintain standard quality processes through development of SOPs and Wis as per ISO standards
- Support process improvements initiatives and related projects ( sponsors CLNX projects within SSC)
Relationship Management :
- Maintain positive work relationships with members of other teams in and outside the SSC
- Establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with the vendor
- Respond to critical GPOs/GPEs/SSC Service Management inquiries (process improvement related)
- Knowledge of ISO certifications 9001, 14001, 27001 etc.. Must be well versed with ISO 9000 quality systems, FMEA and control panels.
