Manager - Investors Relations & Data Analytics - Real Estate

We are looking for 2+ years- experience in MIS, data analytics and some exposure to investor relations and/or business analysis roles in a listed company with multiple divisions / business verticals.

Investor Relations Support:

1,Compile presentations and other communications including Quarterly press release for earnings, FAQs, quarterly investor conference calls, industry events, and including providing / suggesting data points for meetings with Analysts, brokers, and investors.

2.Monitors analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management.

3.Monitors operational metrics/performance by collaboration with various departments and develops investor relations messages.

Business Planning and Data Analytics :

1. Routine MIS at Corporate Office, analysis and review of Regional MIS and financial statements, future projections and summaries key business performance highlights, project performance and profitability

2. Analyze the life cycle earnings of various projects of the company, summaries and present the key findings from business case profitability perspective

3. Proactively help identify key initiatives that can help in improvement of business performance and profitability

4. Closely monitor Budget V Actual performance on key parameters.
