Role- General Manager - Investor Relations

The purpose of the role is to ensures that the company's publicly traded stock is being fairly traded through the dissemination of key information that allows investors to determine whether a company is a good investment for their needs

Ideal Candidate:

- Investor Relations and Financial Communications professional with vast experience in the Pharmaceutical sector and Equity research covering pharma clients

- MBA/CA/ CFA with 2 + years of experience

- Experience of Investor Relations in a listed firm is mandatory

- Looking at someone coming from a health-care background

- Equity research predominantly covering pharma clients

- Strong communication and stakeholder management

Description:

- Interfacing with banks, financial institutions, Investors & consultants to arrange syndication and raising the funds from Financial Institutions / Banks / NBFC Companies

- Conducting due diligence and documentation for IPO, Private equity etc and ensure

- Sustaining effective Working Relations with Financing Partners and Cope the Financial resources are available at economic price to achieve business plans

- Responsible for equity and debt investor relation. Manage relationships with equity and credit sell-side analysts and investors.

- Represent company at all investor events, including conferences, deal and non-deal roadshows, both independently and with senior management.
