Manager - Investor Relations - IPO

For one of our clients a large Indian business conglomerate we are looking for a Manager Investor Relations, MBA Finance / CA / with 5-10 yrs of experience

This is based at Bangalore, reporting to CFO.

The investor relations position is accountable for creating and presenting a consistently applied investment message to the investment community on behalf of a company, and for monitoring and presenting to management the opinions of the investment community regarding the company's performance.

In partnership with CFO, develop, implement, and manage a strategic plan for investor relations

Build relationships both internally and externally that enable accurate, efficient and optimal creation and delivery of key messages

Develop communications materials, including the review and approval of corporate announcements, press releases, conference call scripts, Q&A- s, and backgrounders

Apply robust analytics to develop investor relations plan and monitor progress toward established objectives, ensuring investor relations initiatives are effectively linked to corporate and department goals

Experience in handling IPO OR listed company is a must
