Investor Relations Manager

- Develop and implement effective investor communication strategies, including regular updates, reports, and newsletters to keep investors informed about fund performance, strategy, and other relevant information.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective investors, understanding their needs, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Assist in the due diligence process by providing necessary documents, information, and support to potential investors. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and investment teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new investors.

- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and presentations. Prepare materials, presentations, and other documentation required for investor meetings and conferences.

- Prepare periodic reports on the fund's performance, including financial statements, investment updates, and other relevant metrics. Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports to investors.

- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices pertaining to investor relations. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and reporting obligations.

- Collect and analyze feedback from investors regarding their experience with the fund. Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with internal teams to enhance investor satisfaction.

- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding potential opportunities or challenges in the investor relations landscape.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree or CFA designation is preferred.

- Proven experience in investor relations or a related role within the financial industry.

- I-n-depth knowledge of alternative investment funds (AIFs), private equity, or distressed asset markets.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks for AIFs.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and industry trends.
