Investor Relations Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Identify through secondary research and Reachout to potential Investors to pitch the company.

- Manage Investor relations by answering their queries and providing regular updates

- Manage End-to-end execution of funding round, including creating a term sheet, reviewing agreements, ensuring proper fillings, issuing security certificates, working with the Company secretary, bank and the legal team

- Manage and update data requirements regularly asked by existing investors and potential investors

- Send quarterly updates to our existing investors

- Work on the data to do analysis, calculate dilution ( have knowledge of ESOPs, shares issues, debentures, and other security forms or intent to learn), and company analysis

- Be part of all the conversations with the potential investors, take notes and work on the action items to engage the investor as much as possible

- Work with Investment bankers/Private bankers to create collaterals and keep a regular update on the progress. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end relationships with the banker

Qualifications desired:

- A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting

- A CA or CFA with a strong interest in the startup ecosystem

- 0-2 years of experience in similar work or a clear demonstration of interest

- Understanding of the fundraising and funding instruments, as well as a thorough understanding of key metrics for startups

- Familiarity with financial modelling techniques and valuation methods is a key advantage

- A strong understanding of macroeconomics, capital markets trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics, and customer trends

- Must be able to perform in a high-pressure environment, and be able to meet tight deadlines

- Has superb written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to draft engaging and impactful messages for inspiring investors
