- The Investor Relations Manager (IRM) is a liaison between the company, its investors, and the broader financial community.


- The IRM ensures communication regarding the company's financial performance, strategies, and market position; for maintaining investor confidence and supporting the company's strategic initiatives through effective stakeholder engagement.

Investor Communication:


- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.


- Prepare and disseminate quarterly earnings releases, annual reports, and other financial disclosures.

Reporting and Analysis:


- Create comprehensive financial and performance reports, including detailed analysis of financial statements and market trends.


- Monitor analyst reports and summarize investor feedback.

Strategic Planning:


- Collaborate with senior management to develop investor relations strategies that align with the company's goals.


- Plan and execute investor events, including roadshows, conferences, and annual general meetings.


Market Intelligence:


- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and overall market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to the executive team.

Regulatory Compliance:


- Ensure all communications and reports comply with regulatory requirements, including SEC filings and other relevant financial regulations.

Crisis Management:


- Develop and implement communication strategies to address any crises or unexpected events that may impact investor perception.

- Will be required to travel for official purposes as needed

Education:


- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.


- MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.

Experience:


- Minimum of 5 years in investor relations, finance, or related field.

- Experience in a publicly traded company is required.

- Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and capital markets & Ability to analyze complex financial data and market trends.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills is an important requirement.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Proficiency with IR tools and financial software
