Job Description: Manager Investor Relations
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Investor Relations Activities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to organize investor conferences, quarterly result analyst calls, and roadshows, effectively promoting the firm and engaging with the investment community.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, analysts, and financial media, ensuring consistent communication and updates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for responding to investor inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing updates on the firm's performance and strategic initiatives.
- Assist with planning and logistics for periodic investor calls, preparing related documentation to ensure seamless communication.
- Support special projects on an ad-hoc basis, providing strategic insights and analysis for select portfolio companies.
- Work with internal teams to produce regular investor reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
- Ensure that the firm's website and investor portals are updated promptly with relevant investor relations materials.
2. Regulatory Compliance:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors during capital raises, ensuring involvement in offering-related documentation.
- Oversee investor onboarding by working closely with relevant teams to ensure seamless integration of new investors, maintaining high standards of compliance.
- Ensure compliance with investor onboarding procedures, including KYC, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and other regulatory requirements.
3. Market Intelligence:
- Monitor and analyze market trends, best practices, and investor queries to assess the firm's positioning, recommending appropriate actions.
- Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark the firm's performance and strategies against industry peers to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications & Background:
- MBA or equivalent degree (business/finance, accounting, economics majors preferred).
- Self-starter with superb organizational skills; able to execute on projects/strategies with minimal oversight.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Working knowledge of private equity/venture capital markets.
- Excellent communication and solid writing skills.
