Manager - Investor Relations

Key Accountabilities :

- Analyse and prepare internal and external communication documents

- Preparing quarterly analyst presentation, Press releases, Annual report content, MIS and other department presentations on need basis.

- Build relationship with analysts & Investors by attending Investor Conferences, telecom & meetings

- Interactions with Institutional Investors on an ongoing basis. Present compelling investment case.

- Ensue timely update of IR content on website & adhere to SEBI & other regulatory guidelines related to IR.

- Train junior members of the IR Team

Qualifications :

- MBA Finance/ CA/ ICWA.

- Candidates with CFA certificate would be added advantage.

- Should have experience on interacting with investor community and making group presentations for at-least 2 years

- Should have thorough understanding of stock markets & SEBI regulations relating to IR.

- Good analytical skills & fair understanding of the Steel operations & industry.

Technical Competencies :

- Ability to use Bloomberg and other financial databases.

- Excellent Presentation skills and knowledge of ppt, excel & word.
