Manager - Investor Relation Team - Financial Operation Vertical - BFS

- The firm is looking for a manager to join its Investor Relations team under the Financial Operations vertical, based in the firm's office in Hyderabad, India.

- The team is responsible for managing and processing investor transactions, producing various investor and marketing materials, spearheading market research, handling written investor queries and communications, managing an investor database, and overseeing technology projects to build controls, streamline workflows, and improve process efficiency.

- This position provides hands-on exposure to managing investor databases, queries and communications, and transactions, and it offers the chance to handle real-time issues in a fast-paced, constantly evolving business and regulatory environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

- Oversee all processes and deliverables related to investor database, queries and communications, and transactions for which Investor Relations Hyderabad is responsible

- Work closely with the New York counterparts within Investor Relations to discuss the implementation of policies and procedures for underlying processes

- Ensure all deliverables conform to the highest quality standards and are executed in a timely manner

- Change management: monitor, understand, and analyze changes in the business and regulatory environment and incorporate these changes into existing processes and infrastructure

- Drive and oversee technology projects to build controls, streamline workflows, and improve process efficiency

- Act as the first point of contact and reviewer for the work done by junior team members

- Effectively mentor team members to drive performance, set goals, and manage their career development

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR :

The ideal candidate should have:

- The overall experience of four to six years with past mentoring and project management experience

- A master's degree (or doctorate) in finance

- Self-motivation, a results-oriented attitude, robust analytical and problem-solving skills, the capacity to learn quickly, a high level of detail orientation, and the ability to meet tight deadlines

- Excellent written and oral communication skills along with exceptional interpersonal skills are essential
