Position: Manager Investor Relation

Location: Mumbai

Job description:

- Prepare industry and competitor analysis, investor profiling and research.

- Oversee the analysis of changes in institutional and other major shareholder ownership in the company.

- In conjunction with Finance and Legal, develop an annual report, investor kits, fact sheets, scripts and presentations, as well as supporting collateral materials necessary for use with the investment community.

- Act as one of several spokespersons for the Company to introduce position and market the company to new institutional and retail shareholders.

- Oversee the coordination of investor relations events such as road shows and site tours.

- Develop and manage investor news releases, financial presentations and shareholder meetings (including the Annual General Meeting), and conference calls/webcasts.

- Contribute to required investor reporting such as annual reports, quarterly reports and annual information return,

- Oversee the maintenance of the Company investor relations webpage

- Establish the optimum type and mix of shareholders, and creates that mix through a variety of targeting initiatives

- Monitor operational changes through ongoing contacts with company management, and develops investor relations messages based on these changes

- Provide Regulation Fair Disclosure training to all company spokespersons

- Serve as the key point of contact for the investment community

- Organize conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings

- Provide feedback to the management team regarding the impact of stock repurchase programs or dividend changes on the investment community

- Develop and manage relationships with key analysts, institutional investors, financial media, and shareholders.

- Ensure that such literature, presentations and audiovisual programs meet regulatory requirements and align with company disclosure.
