Our client is a large Indian conglomerate with businesses across sectors.  Job Description:   - Buy side role for evaluating investment opportunities and managing existing portfolio   - Conduct industry research, business diligence and competitive bench marking  - Conduct financial analysis, build financial and valuation models and prepare investment memos   - Liaison with external consultants and legal counsel for deal documentation and due diligence   - Monitor the performance of existing portfolio companies, including preparation of periodical reports, commenting on financial budgets, attending business reviews and participating in key strategic projects   Requisite skill sets:  - MBA from Top B School or Rank holding CA + CFA (USA)   - Experience : 2-6 years   - High analytical mindset and good interpersonal skills   - Self motivated, result oriented and proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and other applications  Note: CTC: 12-20 Lacs inclusive of variable (Total CTC cannot exceed 20 Lacs)
