Role : Manager - Investment Operations

- The Manager for Investment Operations for Wealth Management is responsible for delivering key and complete operational support around Investment transactions for clients for Private Banking. He reviews the current processes at regular intervals and suggests changes to ensure client requests are processed in a water tight control environment.

- The role holder may possess delegated powers needed to effect high-value / high-risk transactions.

- The job holder partners with stake holders within WM business like Sales, Investments, Risk, Compliance, Ops Risk etc to build adequate capabilities around Operational systems and processes to provide enhanced operational deliveries for WM Clients.

- The role demands very good understanding of capital markets and systems and process requirements to support Investment Operations.

- It also requires providing advice / guidance to team members / customers (internal / external) and also liaising with all other internal teams.

Education:

- Graduate Degree is minimum

- Post graduate/Professional qualification preferred

- Professional certification like CISI is preferred.

Experiences:

- 10 to 15 years of experience. Investment Operations in top organizations

- At least 5 yrs in senior role in managing cross functional teams and functions.

- Good experience in setting up processes and systems

Functional experience in the following fields:

- Trade and Settlements

- Derivative Operations

- Asset Servicing

Skills & Behavioral Competencies:

- People Management skills.

- Team management skills are a must. Should have managed multi-functional teams within the Domain.

- Ability to work under stress and tight schedules and deadlines

- Proactive and Solution oriented
