Manager - Investment Management - Real Estate Advisory

Position Details : 

The scope of work includes sourcing real estate investment opportunities and helping existing clients with their investment goals, giving advice on real estate investments and source new clients. The position will be based in Bangalore and the incumbent will report into AD - Investment Management.

Responsibilities : 

- Source Business leads for Real Estate Transaction and Investment Management from UHNIs, Corporates, Fund houses and Developers

- Builds and maintains relationships with clients and prospects.

- Contribute to building and maintaining property databases.

- Monitors external and internal environment for development of new market segments.

- Take ownership of the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business.

- Work with other functional heads to source/ deliver the solution to the client

- Contribute significantly in setting up and adhering to the processes

- Contribute towards building and capturing relevant knowledge for the organization

Key Skills : 

- Good communication skills - verbal as well as written is a must for this role

- High learnability and analytical abilities is a must

- Assertiveness, Collaboration and self-motivation are the key competencies for this role

- Should possess abilities to work with stringent timelines

- Should be able to demonstrate abilities to keep up to date with competitor information and market trends; identify business opportunities for the organization; demonstrates financial awareness

Education & Experience : 

- MBA

- 3 - 5 years of related experience (finance, analysis, research)

- Microsoft Office skills

- Willing to travel
