Manager - Investment Compliance & Investment Risk - Risk Management

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Implementation of Risk Management Framework

A. To assist in implementation of the Risk Management Framework at entity level.

B. To assist in conducting Risk Management related trainings/ risk awareness campaigns.

2. Investment Risk Management

A. Setting & Monitoring of Investment limits (Regulatory, Asset Allocation & Internal Risk) in Front office system.

B. Monitoring & Tracking of Scheme Level Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) vis a vis the defined threshold levels on periodic basis.

C. Informing the tolerance breaches to the fund management team and tracking rebalancing for the same.

3. Reporting & Analysis

A. Analysis of various reports prepared by and reported to Risk Team.

B. Timely reporting of deliverables to the functions/ stakeholders.

4. Risk Management Committee (RMC) Meeting & Investment Committee

A. Preparation of agenda papers and reports required for conducting the Risk Management Committee

Meetings on periodic basis (Investment Risk Part) & Investment Committee

B. Collating data from different function/ stakeholders for RMCs.

C. Tracking and follow-up of actionables of RMC

D. Assist in drafting of minutes for RMC.

5. Handling Internal & External Audits

A. Ensuring that the investment risk related data for Internal and external audits are provided in a timely manner

B. Resolution of audit Queries, if any.

6. Review of Policies

A. Review of Risk Management Framework and associated policies at a defined frequency and making sure that the same is up-to date in line with the recent regulatory environment and practices

B. Helping other functions in annual review of Policies, where required.

7. Other

A. Any other Risk Management related adhoc activities, which may be required to be carried out on need basis

- Limit monitoring - ensuring limit monitoring and compliance with Investment limits and no breach of investment limits

- Guiding the Fund Management team on applicable regulatory and internal threshold limits, where required
