Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead Teams: Spearhead teams in delivering client requests which will ultimately help end-clients in Idea Generation, Pre-Mandate Work & Pitch books and Deal Execution. Be able to drive team to success aligned with company goals.

2. Typical deliverables include but not limited to: Pitch Books, Operational & Financial Bench-marking, Precedent Transaction Analysis, Industry / Sector / Company Studies, Financial Modeling & Valuation and Investment Memos / Confidential Information Memorandums and Industry Research Assignments

3. Provide Expert Level Research & Domain: Based on the business requirement the candidate may also be expected to work in an individual contributory role providing expert level support to onboard new clients, lead pilot projects and build up strong relationships on existing client engagements by providing excellent research deliverables.

4. Drive Growth: Support leadership with growth initiatives, prepare insightful collaterals, proposals, effort estimates, RFPs and other BD projects.

5. Strengthen relationships: Work professionally and independently handle Investment Banking and Private Equity clients and guide other Associate Managers in the team.

6. Compliance: Ensure team always works with integrity and in compliance with client and company policies.

7. Self-driven & Proactive: Maintain knowledge and stay abreast of developments in the fields related to area of responsibilities. Be proactive in learning new skills and adapt to changing client/business requirements. Strong ability to groom junior team members, identify learning areas and run training plans.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this position, you must:

- Be MBA Finance and/or a Chartered Accountant

- Be a CFA Charter holder will be added advantage (but not mandatory)

- Have at least ten years of prior experience in Private Equity / Investment Banking M&A Advisory Research

- Have at least three years of people management experience in leading teams of at least three+ members

- Have proven ability to deliver international client requirements

- Be organized and have ability to multi-task, passion to explore to design new solutions to delivery and people requirements

- Have excellent in MS Office products; good MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills

- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple accounts
