Investment Banking Manager

Responsibilities

1. Investment Memorandums & Pitch Books:

2. Conduct comprehensive due diligence and financial analysis of potential investment opportunities.

3. Assist in the preparation of investment memorandum, pitch decks, and other relevant documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

4. Monitor portfolio investments, tracking performance, and providing regular updates to senior management.

5. Support the structuring of investment vehicles in compliance with regulations and ensure alignment with the strategic objectives of the company.

6. Engage with both domestic and international investors, providing insights and responding to queries regarding fund performance and strategy.

7. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all fund activities adhere to regulatory requirements.

8. Participate in investor meetings, presentations, and negotiations as required. Develop comprehensive Investment Memorandums and Pitch Books to support client presentations and investment decisions.

9. Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to gather relevant information and ensure that all documents meet high standards of quality and accuracy.

10. Conduct in-depth industry research to identify trends, market conditions, and potential investment opportunities.

11. Analyse competitive landscapes, regulatory impacts, and economic factors that could influence client strategies and investment outcomes.

12. Perform detailed financial analysis, including ratio analysis, cash flow analysis, and valuation techniques.

13. Build and maintain complex financial models to project company performance, assess risk, and support investment recommendations.

14. Synthesise research findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for internal and client use.

15. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on rigorous research and data analysis.

16. Work closely with investment bankers, clients, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored research solutions.

17. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and discussions to convey research findings and support strategic decision-making.

18. Utilize various data sources, financial databases, and analytical tools to gather and analyse information.

19. Manage IPOs and private equity placements

20. Discover and close potential investors

21. Facilitate mergers and acquisitions

22. Assist with corporate restructuring

23. Analyse risk and offer financial advice

24. Prepare reports, models and forecasts
