Manager - Investment Banking

Job Profile:

a. Structured Debt Syndication - Identifying - over-leveraged companies- that are looking for balance sheet restructuring;

b. Special Situation Syndication - Identifying companies in sectors which have started showing - early signs of industry slowdown-, but good businesses in long term;

c. Prop Equity - Working closely with business groups on - SDR and S4A cases- and optimize equity opportunities;

d. Investment Banking - Identifying companies for M&A potential

e. Investment Banking - Identifying equity opportunities

Key skills:

- Communication and presentation skills.

- Understanding of financial statements and key principles and ratios.

- Credit analytical skills.

- Industry specialization in one or two sectors.

- Knowledge of Indian equity markets (largely listed - PE knowledge would be a bonus)
