Job Title: Senior Investment Advisor
Location : Mumbai
Qualifications Mandatory:
- NISM Series X-A & X-B certifications (Investment Adviser Level 1 & Level 2).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in investment advisory, wealth management, or financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Advanced Investment Advisory:
- Develop and implement tailored investment strategies for high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), families, and institutional clients.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and provide guidance on complex financial products, including equities, mutual funds, fixed income, insurance, and alternative investments.
- Continuously analyze and optimize client portfolios to ensure alignment with their financial goals and market conditions.
Wealth Management & Financial Planning:
- Deliver holistic financial planning services, including estate planning, tax-efficient investments, retirement planning, and wealth preservation strategies.
- Leverage advanced tools and analytics to prepare detailed financial reports and projections for clients.
- Address evolving client needs by adapting strategies and providing proactive solutions.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value clients through regular communication and personalized service.
- Act as a trusted advisor, addressing client concerns and providing guidance during volatile market conditions.
- Represent the organization as a subject-matter expert in client meetings and networking events.
Leadership & Team Collaboration:
- Mentor and guide junior investment advisors, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research analysts, compliance officers, and product specialists, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the advisory process and improve client satisfaction.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all advisory activities comply with SEBI Investment Adviser Regulations and organizational policies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, financial plans, and portfolio recommendations for audits and reviews.
- Uphold ethical standards and prioritize the best interests of clients in all advisory activities.
Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for client acquisition and contribute to business growth by expanding the advisory portfolio.
- Participate in strategic discussions to drive revenue growth and improve service offerings.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and forums.
