Manager - Investment Accounting - FMCG/Manufacturing - CA

Job Description:

- Good Knowledge and experience of Investment Accounting, understanding of Capital Market and valuation.

- Understanding of Accounting of Business Combination and Fair Valuation Requirements.

- Identifying related parties and reporting transactions with them.

- Working knowledge of Internal Control Over Financial Reports (ICOFR), managing Risk Control Metrix, and getting ICOFR audit done.

- Preparation of Ind AS Compliant consolidated financial statement & handling statutory audit.

Skill Requires

- Proficient knowledge of Ind AS, Schedule III, CARO, and Auditing Standards.

- Analytical Skills & solution oriented mindset.

- Working Knowledge of Income Tax Act, GST, Companies Act & FEMA.

- Expert knowledge of MS Office.

- Working Knowledge of SAP.
