Manager- Inventory Planning

Roes & Responsibilities:

- Develop and monitor assortment plans, ensuring alignment with purchasing activities and strategic goals.

- Manage in-stock levels for assigned clusters, ensuring assortment completeness and achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Collaborate with sourcing and buying teams to actively optimize inventory levels, adjusting stock to align with cluster demands while maintaining sell-through rates and revenue objectives.

- Own revenue and profitability planning for the assigned category.

- Oversee daily pricing strategies and visibility initiatives to meet category performance targets.

- Lead selection performance reviews, ensuring the assortment quality and relevance in the category.

- Coordinate with supply chain and inventory planning teams to align category supply and Open-to-Buy (OTB) with revenue plans.
