Job Description :

- To ensure compliance of corporate tax, Indirect tax, International tax and Transfer Pricing, handling of all statutory tax reporting, due diligence, audits, assessments and tax planning for all entities across the globe.

- To ensure timely compliance and reporting of statutory obligations, protect the company from tax related exposure

Description :

- Review all types of statutory returns, filings and maintain compliance tracker for holding company and subsidiaries across the world.

- Demonstrate high level proficiency of technical knowledge of international tax law.

- Development & execution of effective tax strategy to grow business globally

- Carrying out diligence of tax and regulatory matters through Big 4 before incorporation of any new legal entity

- Establish appropriate system or processes for tax risk management for the Group.

- Preparation and review of monthly reconciliation of tax related accounts.

- Liaise with tax authorities and provide tax audit support for the Group

- Manage external tax authorities and consultants.

- Conduct training and awareness sessions to business for ensuring tax compliance.

- Responsible for extensive internal and external communication within business teams, central organisation, tax consultants, tax authorities and

Profile :

- A successful candidate should be a CA with 5-10 years of post qualification experience.

- Candidates should have good understanding of Direct tax, Transfer pricing, indirect taxation, Permanent Establishment matters, International taxation.
