International Student Admission Manager

We are hiring for a Global management School based in Mumbai with global campuses. We are hiring for the US and UK campus.

Job Description:

1. Analyzing the student intakes for the programs and plan for a targeted increase. Create a set of activities to drive the targeted numbers. Strategize with the marketing team to create avenues and corresponding activities to reach out to prospective students including digital marketing and ATL/BTL activities.

2. Drawing and managing a budget for supporting all planned activities.Driving the plan through internal teams. Training and motivating the team to consistently meet or exceed targets.

3 Ensure that the process of execution of all activities is adequately managed, Build robust reporting metrics and continually track them for planned interventions. Interact closely with student selection panels and evaluate the suitability of applicants to these programs.

4. This is a number driven role and will entail extensive travelling. The role will also require mentoring and student counselling to help potential applicants understand the relevance and superiority of the school's programs

5. Working closely with Agents & influencers to upsell the US/UK programs
