Manager- International Sales operations
- Should be handling sales operations in International business & supporting to sales team
- Should be steering process cross functions such as supply chain, finance & product management
- Expected to be go getter & self- motivating to get things done to support the front end
- Should be able to apprehend any likely obstacles in all going sales operations & take counter measure & corrective actions
- Will be working as a conduit between customer service team & sales team & ensure that customer' expectations are well interpreted / captured & actioned upon to enable sales team generate more business
- Should be working along with sales team as a member to pitch in product presentation & help sales team to pitch business with customers
- Expected to be fluent in English ( other languages welcome), a good communicator & pleasing personality to steer projects internally ( across cross function) & externally ( with customer) to meet desired business goals
- As of now NO international travel
Future job expansion / role Enhancement:
- Successful & matured handling of sales process for 6 months to one year will lead to direct front end sales position to handle sales targets directly .
- Future role will be expanded to extensive International travel & business development
