International Sales & Marketing Manager - Plastic Resins/Compounding/Masterbatch

- Develop marketing strategy to establish presence in the international market for resins made from plastic compounding, master batching and extrusion operations

- Develop customer base in select export markets for the entire product range

- Working directly with MD of the firm to prepare strategy

- Analyse potential and existing markets in order to identify business opportunities.

- Establish customer base relations and its data base management.

- Carry out market research in order to develop strategies and road maps to secure more business relations.

- Develop and maintain good customer relationship for the future growth of the company

- Developing strategies for company's product promotions.

- Prepare presentations, proposals, and various sales tools on effective development of business opportunities for the company.

- Regularly provide updates on the market competition analysis and knowledge to the management

- Must develop a comprehensive knowledge of products offered by the company and its applications.

- Working on the products Masterbatches (Filler, Color, Additive). Compounds Which are having application in Polymer/ Plastics Industries

- Handling the New Business Development, Product Development, technical issues, troubleshooting and trail/ lab evaluation of sample material.

Qualification And Experience :

1. BE & MBA Marketing with 2-5 Years of Sales & Marketing experience in Plastic Resins/ Compounding/Olefins/ Masterbatch - White, Color and Black for Consumer and other industries.

2. Should have had direct customer handling experience B2B

3. Ability to build and maintain relationship with customers key contact / plant and technical staff

4. Advanced level of computer skills. Knowledge of MS Office software is a must.

5. Excellent communication skills are required.

6. Must be fluent in English (should speak, read and talk).
