Job Description
- Develop business plan and strategy for multiple product line in the FMCG product markets that ensures attainment of company international sales goals and profitability. (Personal care & Home care product).
- Having good network in Africa.
- Identify and analyze key potential clients and their requirements.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and potential clients.
- Facilitate the creation and delivery of promotional and marketing activities.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding international sales performance.
- Maintains accurate records of all international pricing, sales and activity reports.
- Creates and conducts proposal presentations to dealers, customers and internal staff.
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines and to enhance profitability of the company.
Preferred Qualifications And Education :
- The candidate should be an energetic, effective, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills who is able to excel in an international sales environment.
- Sales Experience of work with closure / FMCG Company in the international market will be preferred and an advantage.
- 3 - 7+ years of international sales experience, customer account management, preferably in the Personal care & Home Care industry. Working Experience in Africa Region is necessary.
- MBA or Graduate in any discipline.
- Technologically advanced and oriented. Must have above average computer and technical skills to navigate the communication barriers of frequent international travel
- Strong communication and presentation skills and a thorough knowledge of various international cultures
