International Sales Manager
Job Description:
Working Days: Monday Saturday.
Working Hours: 10 am 7pm.

Role Overview:
- You will play a vital role in driving international business growth, fostering strong relationships with global customers, and exploring untapped markets.
- You will lead the entire export sales process, from market research to after-sales support, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all export-related inquiries, orders, and concerns.
Business Development:
- Identify and establish relationships with potential global clients and distributors.
- Research and explore untapped export markets for new business opportunities.
Sales and Strategy:
- Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to create region-specific sales plans and marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on global industry trends and competitor offerings to position Aquent as a leader in the market.
Product Expertise and Solutions:
- Gain a deep understanding of products, including Automotive TPO, Polymer Modification, and Packaging Solutions.
- Consult with international customers to understand their specific needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
Order Management:
- Prepare and deliver accurate price quotations to global customers in a timely manner.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to secure export orders while ensuring profitability.
- Manage export orders from placement to delivery, ensuring compliance with export regulations and timely dispatch.
Coordination and Logistics:
- Work closely with logistics, CHA (Customs House Agent), and supply chain teams to ensure smooth export operations.
- Ensure necessary documentation, certifications, and licenses are in place for international shipments.
Market Insights and Reporting:
- Conduct market research to identify international market trends, customer preferences, and potential opportunities.
- Report market feedback and insights to management for strategic decision-making.
After-Sales Support:
- Address and resolve any customer concerns or challenges promptly.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide solutions for any product-related technical issues.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelors/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
- Experience in export sales, international business development, or operations management.
- Proven track record in export sales in the Polymer or Packaging industries.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for global customer engagement.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement export sales strategies.
- Proficiency in managing export logistics and understanding of export regulations.
- Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail for managing international orders.
- Analytical skills for market research and sales forecasting.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
