Job Description: Mgr- Business Development ( IT SALES)

- In the position of BDS, you will hold a pivotal role within our sales team, responsible for lead generation,

- Prospecting and outreach activities. We expect a minimum of 2 years of prior experience in recognizing

- Potential clients, initiating meaningful conversations and coordinating sales team meetings. This role is crafted to elevate your capabilities as an BDE, providing you with invaluable perspectives into the realms. of sales and business development.

Experience: 3 to 8 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Serve as the initial point of contact for all Outbound engagement on our products & services

- Engaging with customers, reaching out to potential clients through calls and diligently pursuing leads

- Demonstrating exceptional multitasking abilities, effortlessly managing various communication channels such as phone, email and chat in a dynamic environment

- Addressing inquiries from potential customers comprehensively and dispatching supplementary information via email

- Formulating and upholding a database comprising existing and potential clientele

- Efficiently organizing a maximum number of qualified demonstrations

- Researching and meticulously assessing new leads

Personal Competencies:

- Experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive with a SaaS organization or similar role

- Excellent proficiency in English communication, both written & verbal. Should know Hindi and if possible, Arabic

- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like Inbound calling, emailing and social outreach (LinkedIn and Other professional platforms)

- Track record of achieving meeting quotas

- Experience working with CRM (Odoo preferred)

- Fair understanding of sales performance metrics

- Positive speaking skills, strong listening skills, writing skills

- Ability to deliver engaging conversations and presentations

- Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
