International Sales Manager

- To drive Business Development and marketing activities for the export market.

- Development and implementation of distribution strategies and concepts for the continuous expansion of the markets

- Assistance of existing clients (key accounts)

- Undertake customer visits to understand requirements and continuous communication with required internal teams.

- Handles the export business development activities for ASIA, Europe, USA, Australia.

- Understand customer's business products, applications, manufacturing facilities, and segments serviced and give solutions as per their needs, identify the products from our range.

- Identify different types of applications to be offered to different customers by proper segmentation.

- Manage the quality process to ensure customer satisfaction by consistent delivery of both product and quality

- To develop new business opportunities among existing and new customers/segments.

- To generate new leads and develop new partners for target geographies and customer relationships.

- Coordination with plant on orders from start to end.

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE & MBA from Premier Institute with Experience of 2-4 years in Industrial sales & with a strong record of tackling & acquiring clients. Export Experience would be added advantage

2. Willing to take ownership.

3. Knowledge of Biodegradable / Compostable packaging is a plus.

4. Experience in handling a segment or category single-handedly.

5. Should have experience in building product sales from scratch.

6. Should have done sales for retail customers.

7. Done sales for a niche in which should be able to sell premium pricing products.

8. Selling an innovative product is an advantage.
