Manager - International Sales (Any - Market/Industry)
- Determine and Execute Appropriate Sales Strategies for the Company in Accordance with the Company's Consolidated Strategy and Required Financial and Operational Targets achieve Agreed with Budgetary Targets Across Each of the Markets.
- Lead their business development activities for the international.
- The person will be responsible for new business development in these markets and to drive the sales in these regions.
- New Business Development in international market.
- Strategizing the entry to new segments
- Appointment of new distributors.
- Formulating the business plans along with forecasting & analysis for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities
- Analyzing & reviewing the market response/ requirements and communicating the same to the sales teams for the accomplishment of business goals
- Finalizing channel-to-market strategy and implement the plan accordingly
Qualification And Experience:
i. BE & MBA from Premier B School & Experience of 2-4 years & Must have exposure in international business (any market/industry)
ii. Excellent communication skills
iii. Open to traveling extensively.
iv. Should have experience of team management.
