Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic growth plans to establish and expand the company's presence in international markets.

- Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and events, promoting products and services to a global audience.
- Stay up-to-date on international regulations, trade policies, and market dynamics to ensure business continuity and compliance.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings and messaging for specific international markets.
- Resolve client issues and conflicts arising in overseas markets with professionalism and a focus on maintaining positive relationships.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective pricing and payment strategies for international markets.
- Lead and mentor a team of overseas sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimize overseas sales processes and achieve maximum performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor/masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales and business development, preferably within international markets.
- Strong understanding of international business practices, customs, and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport in a cross-cultural environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required by the role.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
