Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to join our International Channel Sales team. The Sales Lead will be responsible for prospecting and building our Channel Partner network in International locations. He / She will also be responsible for engaging with the existing Channel Partners to elicit referrals of Students interested in Studying abroad. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with a proven track record of building compelling Value proposition for selling services, excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting of New channel Partners: Research and Identify potential prospects to add to our Channel Partner network. Add new partners every month as agreed and set by the BU Head.
- Engaging with existing Channel Partners: Ensure regular meetings with existing partners to elicit Student referrals. Build stronger relationships in every possible meeting. Promptly and proactively resolve all their queries / concerns in consultation with other internal stakeholders.
- Sales Goals: Ensure the agreed Sales goals are met or exceeded with respect to the inflow of Student referrals from Channel Partners and their subsequent Conversions leading to revenue.
- Team Management: Coach, mentor and provide the right directions to the team in achieving the team objectives. Closely colloborate with Regional Managers from International locations to offer any support needed from Head office and help them grow the business in their respective countries.
- Marketing Initiatives: Work with the Marketing team to plan and execute location specific Digital Marketing Initiatives.
- Collaboration : Work closely with various Business Units, Country Managers and other team members in ensuring a positive experience for the Channel Partners and their clients (Students)
- CRM and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of Partners prospected, Student referrals and conversions. Publish periodic reports on progress to BU Head and Management.
