Position - Manager International Payroll

Location - Mumbai

Key responsibilities :

International Payroll

- Ensuring payroll is managed per group guidelines with prescribed and approved processes, with proper DOA's, documentation and control in place, and a good check and balance to ensure payroll is properly accounted for with reliability, accuracy and timely payment.

- Enhance controls and efficiency of the payroll process through innovation and technologies such as RPA and reconciliation tools.

- Facilitate Global payroll vendor management enforcing KPI's with HRSS, Local HR and the vendor.

- Manage Payroll invoicing on a monthly basis with regards to, Opex Costs, Change Requests, Starters and Leavers, Off Cycle runs and contract addendums.

- Dash Board / Report : preparation of data / information /presentation for decision making and stakeholder engagement

HR Operations

- HR processes, data integrity and payroll management. Devise and disseminate key analytics to facilitate HR execution.

- Monitor and enhance all HR systems in accordance with stakeholder requirements and best practice.

- Measure HR and Vendors against Globally devised KPI's for monthly reporting.

- Maintain HR dashboard for management information and decision.

- Data management includes personal information, compensation, job history, retirement and insurance documentation; leave accrual records, and details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression, employment compliance documentation.

- Responsible for enforcing delivery of KPI's for HR and payroll.

- KPI's to be used to target continuous improvement and are to be reported to Global and Regional HR Managers on a monthly basis.

- Update dashboards for current view of performance at regional and country level.

- Liaise with HRIS team in matters of system improvement and issue resolution.

Experience:

- Knowledge and understanding of full spectrum of HR function. Including HR operating environment, policies, procedures, regulations, plan designs and budgets.

- HRIS and Shared services knowledge is a must and preferably C&B knowledge
