We have urgent requirement for International Marketing Manager for UK Based Mnc in Hyderabad
Role Summary:
- The International Marketing Manager will have a critical role in the development of recruitment strategies for various Client brands, taking overall accountability for the activities and support of business development department, maintenance and growth of all Client brands within regions.
- The Marketing Manager is responsible for and will help develop, agree, and manage the overarching marketing strategy in market (including lead volumes, revenue forecasts and ROI) for all revenue generation initiatives and campaigns (via all online and offline marketing channels), whilst supporting the ongoing strategy for existing revenue generation initiatives (including existing students).
- Holder will work with the Director of International Strategy, heads of brands and Chief Marketing Officer to agree lead and revenue generation targets by brand / product; and report on the performance of the Marketing Teams (Affiliate, Digital, Offline and Social) as well as working with the Direct Sales Teams against such agreed targets.
- The role holder will also develop, report and manage a pipeline of opportunities in accordance with the marketing growth strategy and liaise with all relevant stakeholders and marketing team(s) to ensure that all marketing activities are carried out and all deadlines are met, aligned with the budget and lead targets as well as with any and all agreed SLA's and KPI's and in accordance with brand requirements. A special emphasis will be placed on country specific marketing channels, such as digital and social media as well as education-industry specific outlets where the various Client brands can be developed.
- Holder will ensure accurate and standardised reporting is carried out and will develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure their appropriate involvement during each stage of the marketing process as well as identify, agree and implement an integrated marketing plan to foster an effective marketing approach.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Consolidate, improve and develop a comprehensive and aligned strategic Marketing and activity plan for the international team and each brand.
- Implement Marketing Plans with the support of the heads of sales, Chief Marketing Office along with the relevant regional and brand team(s) across all marketing channels
- Manage the Marketing budget for all marketing activities with a focus on lead generation, conversion and meeting all revenue targets.
- Ensure all brand and marketing activity are aligned to the overall strategy
- Increase brand awareness and brand reputation, guiding and having input into all creative briefs for all internal and external communications across offline and online media
- Establish and monitor relevant KPIs and clear responsibilities on the timely reporting of all marketing performance, brand equity and lead generation.
- Work with Partners and Stakeholders to understand their Product Portfolio amd product market fit, so as to effectively drive the Marketing of the Brand's Products to prospective Students in markets.
- Work with the relevants heads of sales to agree forecasts and ensure marketing support is provided for the relevant brand(s).
- Agree targets for all products and channels with the brand teams
- Develop and own the product life cycle (current portfolio of courses and new products/partnerships) both domestically and internationally
- Oversee the management of Lead generation and distribution so as to ensure that all lead generation activites are managed and utilised in the most effective and productive manner so as to increase Sales revenue and reduce Lead wastage.
- Development of identified Targets including number of leads Generated, Lead to Conversion Ratios and Revenue growth
- Oversee the effective development of all of the relevant brand's marketing team to ensure that they hold a solid knowledge and understanding of the Company's Product Portfolio and are effectively utilizing all marketing channels, in line with KPI's and lead and revenue targets
- Agree on marketing forecasts and team targets across a 3, 6 and 12 month period
- Manage commercial relationships with external parties, reviewing contracts and ensuring value for money across all activities
- Oversee all marketing communications to potential students to ensure correct information is sent as part of the wider consumer journey, in line with PIP policies and procedures
In addition to the responsibilities listed above, from time to time there may be a requirement to perform other duties on group brands as outlined by the Chief Marketing Officer.
Team Management
Currently, Client does not have a reion specific marketing team. It is expected that the chosen candidates with establish the team and lead them to achieve Client 's strategic objectives as per the aforementioned responsibilities. Whilst leading the team, the International Marketing Manager's responsilities will also include:
- To create a forward-thinking and entrepreneurial culture within the given marketing team
- To ensure team members are motivated to deliever exceptional results for Client
- To ensure that all direct reports comply with the Company's core Policies and Procedures as detailed within the Company's Employee Handbook and/or communicated by the HR Department from time to time
- To report any non-compliance by Employees of Company Policies and Procedures, and to work with the HR Department to ensure appropriate informal and/or formal action is taken in line with the Company's Disciplinary Procedure
- To conduct regular Performance Reviews, as well as to undertake a meaningful Annual Appraisals, with each of your Direct Reports each year
Candidate Profile:
- Educated at least to a Degree level
- At least 5 years of management experience in the international education industry, with an emphasis on the international student markets
- Knowledge and ability to speak in multiple languages is considered to be advantegous with ability to confidently communicate in at least of one foreign language is a must;
- A comprehensive understanding of all relevant marketing channels in given region
- Strong Project Management and Performance Measurement Skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships and work with Senior Level Executives
- Strong understanding of, and previous experience of working with CRM
- Strong branding knowledge and evidence of successful lead generation campaigns, alongside multi channel budget responsbility
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid business acumen, management and problem solving skills
- Effective time management, organization and leadership skills
