- The candidate should have a graduate/master's degree with four to eight years of experience, with atleast three years of relevant work experience in assessment and selection design and practice
- The ideal candidate should have well-developed written and verbal communication abilities, sharp project management skills, aptitude for navigating ambiguity and an effective approach to working with senior leaders
- An advanced degree in industrial/organizational psychology or a related field and people management experience is highly preferred but not required
- The candidate should have the capacity to adapt to a highly evolved and flexible work culture
