THE ROLE BRIEF:

Job Role: Finance Manager - International finance

Job Location: Delhi

Reports to: GM-Finance Controls

- Chartered Accountant; 4-6 yrs of experience

- Should have qualified CA

- Should have at least 2+ yrs of experience in international markets

- Ability to travel

- Strong communication and leadership skills

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION :

This person will be responsible for planning for international markets, coordinating the planning process related to business targets are cascaded and monitored accordingly, He/she will be ensuring the data availability and integrity as well as analyzing and validating the monthly/quarterly/yearly budget and financial plans, tracking & monitoring the adherence of the expenditure.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

FINANCIAL PLANNING, ANALYSIS AND REPORTING:

- Assist the financial Planning & reporting & financial analysis for international market

- Assist Budgeting cycle and Business Performance analysis.

- Provide timely support in Preparation of Monthly business report for MBR by Providing timely reports for plan v/s Variance

analysis

- Closing the books of accounts in timely manner by coordinating with external vendors in oversees market

- Coordinate with external consultants as and when required

- Assist in managing the AP&AR process of international markets

- Assisting the external audits for international markets

- Preparing and analyzing all the cash flow & balance sheet for international markets

- Provide meaningful, concise and clear analysis on current key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales(marketing, promotional expenses), expenses and capital expenditures

- Monitor performance indicators and analyze causes of unexpected variance (actual versus budget/forecast/prior quarter/prior year)

- Prepare Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports for international markets.

- Assist GM finance in monthly compilation of entity wise results, comparison vs budget, analysis of gaps and feedback to stakeholders

- Leading in the preparation of annual and Long-Range Plans, and regular re-estimates

- Provide all round support to the International Finance team

BANKING SUPPORT:

- Assist in day to day monitoring of bank transactions.

- Ensure timely & accurate bank transactions & cash flow

- Maintain a right balance & coordination between internal treasury team & external vendors

- Review and discussions on reports, variance analysis and budget working for various project
