International Exports and Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed primary and secondary sales targets for sustainable packaging products in international markets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting both existing and new products.
- Expand market presence by identifying, negotiating, and onboarding new outlets, key chains, and strategic accounts.
- Manage and nurture Key Accounts in General Trade while ensuring strong relationships with Modern Trade partners.
- Collaborate with distribution and supply chain teams to ensure seamless sales and operational coordination.
Marketing Strategies:
- Develop and execute effective Market Entry & Expansion strategies tailored for Malaysia and Singapore.
- Plan and implement ATL and BTL activities, including Road Shows, Expos, sampling programs, Bus Branding, and key promotional campaigns.
- Customize and execute targeted Campaigns & Activations, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer preferences.
Account Management:
- Strengthen relationships with Key Accounts in GT and Modern Trade, ensuring alignment with business objectives and distributor expectations.
- Regularly visit markets, assess consumer behavior, and adjust sales/marketing strategies based on insights.
Leadership:
- Lead business expansion strategies to drive sales growth and market share in Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, and Cambodia. SPECIALLY IN THE USA MARKET
- Budget is till 35 lacs fixed CTC as per experience. ESOPS will also be provided
