International / Export Sales Manager
You are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand the market reach of the company's flexible packaging products in international markets. This role involves developing strong customer relationships and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion:
- Identify and assess potential international markets for flexible packaging products across International Market.
- Develop market entry strategies and expansion plans to penetrate new markets.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals.
- Set clear sales targets, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the senior management team to establish pricing strategies and product positioning.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and partners.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate and close deals with key clients.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and periodic reports to assess sales performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt the sales strategy accordingly.
- Maintain a CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks and adhere to export laws.
- Maintain all necessary export-related documentation and records.
Travel and Trade Shows:
- Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Travel to target markets to establish and strengthen business relationships.
- Promote the company's products and services to potential clients.
Qualification And Experience:
1. BE from IIT or NIT & MBA in Marketing with 5-7 Years of Proven experience in export sales and international market development.
2. In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation.
3. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
4. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
5. Strong business sense and industry expertise.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
8. Willingness to travel internationally.
