International Business Development Manager (B2B)
- Responsible for driving new business pipeline through lead generation.
- Build a comprehensive understanding of company's value propositions and will be exemplary in effectively articulating them to new prospects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Creating marketing opportunities on polyolefin flexible packaging platform.
- New Material, innovative structure and concept introduction into flexible packaging.
- Understanding the new emerging trend in flexible packaging.
- Organising training, marketing meet for new materials and product introduction.
- Interfacing with Technology team for faster resolution of complaints.
- Identifying new sales leads, pitching new & existing products and/or services.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
- Developing quotes and proposals, negotiating and renegotiating.
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers and key decision makers.
- Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Qualification And Experience :
1. BE & MBA with 2-4 Years of experience in B2B industry.
2. Should have experience of developing & managing large customer base in given market.
3. Professional proficiency with Microsoft Office package and IT literate
4. Basic Business acumen.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Handle customer interactions for international and domestic clients.
7. To carry out digital marketing campaigns.
