International Business Development Manager

- Develop and execute the company's business development strategies, aligning them with Co's growth objectives in their domain.

- Achieve revenue targets.

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by leveraging your industry network, research, and various lead generation channels such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, emails, social media platforms etc.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.

- Creating effective proposals to be shared with clients covering all needs, requirements, effective pricing after getting approvals from senior management.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical and delivery teams, to ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction.

- Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.

- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making and stay ahead in the market.

- Continuously refine the sales process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective sales methodologies.

- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics to the leadership team, providing insights for strategic adjustments.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and business relationships.

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE & MBA from a Reputed B Schools & having 2-3 Years in International Market.

2. Hands-on experience with platforms like Sales Navigator and Upwork for lead generation and business growth.

3. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

4. Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing business development team.

5. Strategic mindset with the ability to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

6. Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals and achieving revenue targets.

7. Proficiency in developing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals.

8. Strong analytical skills, ability to gather market intelligence, and make informed decisions.
