International Business Development Manager (Manufacturing)

- Experience in International Business and exports & setting distributors, channel partners in all the geographies.

- Identify business opportunities and then convert them into actual business.

- Strengthen & expand the existing business relationships with different channel partners, institutions, and other stake holders.

- Grow the popularity of the company's products within designated Key Accounts & trade channels.

- You are responsible to foster more sales for the products produced by the organisation in designated Key Accounts &trade channels.

- Present strong branding to drive growth in existing and new markets.

- Responsible for ensuring the sales team is working effectively and generating sales.

- Must have a deep understanding of how to track sales and make improvements to meet those targets and Manage budgets.

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE & MBA with 3-5 Years of experience in International Market with a Manufacturing Industry.

2. Entrepreneurial, risk-taking spirit

3. Self-motivated. Able to take minimal directions and translate int tangible work-streams.

4. High tolerance for ambiguity and failure.

5. Ability to think strategically and creatively.

6. Good analytical skills.

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

8. Intellectual curiosity/thirst for knowledge.
