- As a International B2C Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for Sales and Business Development for the region.
What you will do:
- Responsible for generating revenue by converting leads received through marketing activities
- Doing outbound calls on leads received through marketing activities
- Handling inbound prospect calls and converting them into students
- Finding out and arranging meeting with relevant people in companies to sell courses for their employees
- Counselling prospects and guiding them towards suitable online courses
- Clearly communicating details of the courses to prospects
- Responding to prospect's queries over emails and following up consistently
- Maintaining CRM and database of prospects
- Preparing sales plan and strategies to develop business by identifying potential students
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- Pref MBA / PGDM Candidates with excellent communication skills.
- 4 to 8 years of work experience in B2C (Only) in ecommerce sector
- Worked in similar companies like in Ed-tech, E-Learning or .com
- Experience MUST in indirect BD techniques like surrogate marketing etc
Experience: 4 to 8 years
Annual CTC: Rupees 8,00,000 to 12,00,000
