- Business development for the crop protection Market

- Handling key accounts in Agro chemical segment

- To fulfill the customer requirement regarding the product formulation.

- Strategizing the long term & short term business directions to ensure maximum

- Profitability in line with organizational objectives.

- Driving sales strategies for attainment of periodical targets to optimize revenue from with existing customers & new development.

- Develop new customer & business opportunities.

- Product application training to customers.

- Forecast on short terms and long terms basis in the region.

- Relationship building with decision makers and key buyers in pre-sales negotiation

Qualification And Experience:

1. B.Sc or B.Tech in Agri & MBA Preferred with Minimum 5+ Years Experience in Agrochemicals Industry in International Sales & Should have worked in Co's like UPL / ADAMA / Bayer Crop Science Ltd. / Rallis India Ltd / PI Industries Ltd / EXCEL

2. Knowledge of product area and related markets essential (including pricing structures/changing markets and technological changes).

3. Strong negotiation skills required.

4. Competent in writing reports, articles and presentation skills.

5. Strong networking skills.

6. Able to deal with a variety of personalities.

7. The ability to develop credibility both internally and externally.

8. Used to working to very tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

9. Able to work in a highly demanding atmosphere.

10. Able to come up with ideas for improvement and development of the business.

11. Team player but also able to work alone and use own initiative.
