JD:
- Responsible to identify and generate business leads across the globe and tap in to feasible markets.
- Responsible to liaison closely with Tendering and Estimation team to secure orders.
- Responsible to identify market potential with regards to region and maintain client relationships accordingly.
- To ensure and strive for a pipeline for Clients/ Customers as per organizational growth strategy and requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- International Business Development: Lead efforts to identify, develop, and expand business opportunities in the power transmission, distribution, and substation sectors across international markets, with a focus on Africa and the Middle East.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients & country, partners, and business opportunities in target regions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, Embassy, Funding Agencies, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and submit competitive proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
- Negotiations & Contracts: Lead negotiations and secure contracts for international projects, ensuring favorable terms and successful execution.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company objectives and expand market presence.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with project execution teams to ensure smooth handover from business development to execution, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Reporting: Regularly report on business development activities, project pipeline, and market trends to senior management
