Job title: Senior Manager - Internal Control and Process Management - Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Developing good understanding of compliance requirement and deep understanding of business and Industry business.

- Extensive assistance to management in preparation of financial statements under GAAP & IFRS.

- Identification, escalation, discussion & closing of various relevant issues with management personal & team.

- Effective and Continuous monitoring of engagement performance & qualitative review of work performed.

- Ensuring online and self-explanatory documentation of work performed by the team.

- Ability to simultaneously work on and manage multiple tasks within the same assignment. Ability to prioritize effectively

- Proficient in IT Skills front involves good working knowledge of application of MS office, ERP & other IT tools.

- Effective work allocation within various team members & continuous monitoring of work.

- Coaching, Motivating & guiding new team members on the job on respective areas.

- Ensuring Training & Self-development by undergoing various soft skills, Technical training & knowledge sharing meetings.

- Liasioning with various teams i.e. IT team, Tax teams, finance team.

Candidate Profile:

Must Have:

CA with 6-8 years post qualification experience
