Description :

- Financial Analysis of business financial KPIs to identify trends / gaps / opportunities

- Taking initiatives in process improvements in AP, AR, R2R

- Review business financial performance and track performance

- Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the finance service delivery team with a focus on end-to-end integration and seamless customer & end user experience

- Require engagement with multiple global stakeholders

- Create SOP's for finance processes and automate processes

- Enterprise management

- Identify risk and mitigation

- Keeping compliance's, checks & processes in place

Profile :

- Experience of 4-7 years post professional qualification(CA/MBA)

- Experience in handling internal control, SOX compliance and finance process improvements

- Global stakeholder management experience

- Open to working with tech-based start-up
