Manager - Internal Communications - Investment Firm

We're looking for a highly motivated and resourceful candidate to join our Internal Communications group based out of the firm's office in Hyderabad, India. The candidate will be responsible for writing and editing materials for the various support functions. The candidate will work with multiple stakeholders to drive the firm's communications, marketing, and branding strategies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY :

- Developing and implementing a strong communications strategy for firm wide communication

- Creating and executing dynamic and engaging employee-centric content on various internal communication platforms (including the Firm's intranet, communities, website, newsletters, blogs, emails, social media, etc.)

- Providing editing, proofreading, and design support for internal teams

- Maintaining editorial-style guidelines to ensure clear and consistent branding across communication channels

- Identifying and managing external branding opportunities for the firm

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR :

- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience with a degree in Journalism, Communications, or Public Relations.

- Experience creating new, innovative, and intelligent content for print, web, social, and visual media.

- Keen attention to detail and excellent written and spoken communication skills.

- Experience on a communications team (especially internal communication).

- General experience with marketing and/or journalism.

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and other design tools.
