Manager- Internal Communication for a manufacturing company (Mumbai)

Reporting To :- Country Head

Location :- Mumbai

Job Description :-

Internal communications :-

- Encourage the diffusion of information within the organization.

- Contribute to the development of a sense of pride in belonging to the Unit.

- Responsible for publishing plant in-house newsletter.

- Facilitate HR function to drive employee communications related to Employee Engagements, new initiatives.

- Develop and manage the image of the company.

- Assist in providing feasible communication solutions for various activities.

Desired Candidate Profile :-

Education :- Post graduate in Mass Communication or PR background required.

- 3-6 years of experience in an agency or corporate communication.

- Female candidates required.

Compensation :- Can be discussed.
