You will be responsible for creating engaging employee-centric content on various internal communication platforms such as the firms intranet, communities, website, newsletters, blogs, emails, e-screens, social media, and leadership forums. This will entail providing editing, proofreading, and designing support for internal teams to drive campaigns and business communication. All the content will have to comply with editorial style guidelines to ensure clear and consistent branding across communication channels. There has to be an overarching focus on creating seamless avenues enabling effective top-down and bottom-up communication. Part of the portfolio will also include preparing various monthly/quarterly reports and dashboards to assess the effectiveness of various communication mediums. You will also be required to play the role of a communication consultant for the leadership and other departments, and advise them on best practices.
External Communication
You will work with senior stakeholders from India and global offices to develop external communications plans for driving corporate messages with an aim to create a positive brand image amongst various external stakeholders, especially potential candidates.
