Job Title: Manager, Internal Audit

Company : Pharma MNC (confidential)

Location : Gurgaon

Offered CTC range is 12-19 LPA

Qualification:

- CA (First Attempt) with 3-6 years experience

Accountabilities:

1) To carry out audits as per the approved annual audit plan. Also participate in special, adhoc assignments and reviews, including surprise audits, as decided & entrust by senior management in the department.

2) To assess adherence to the SOPs, Internal Policies, Laws of the Land and Regulatory compliances

3) To assess whether controls are commensurate with the size & nature of operations and are functioning effectively.

4) To assess whether the Assets & Resources of the Company are being optimally and legitimately being utilized.

5) To carry out data analytics for identifying trends and to focus on high risk operations on priority.

6) To coordinate physical verification & audits at the C&FAs, other locations, LL & own manufacturing locations.

7) Experience in SOX/JSOX, involving scoping of business processes, identifying risks and mapping the same with relevant controls, testing them to identify deficiencies and reviewing remediation plans, in both at Design and Operating Effectiveness phases.
